30-Day Easy Returns

At Calmed Paws, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a simple and stress-free return process.

  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to return items.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.

  • Easy Returns: Our customer support team is here to assist you with every step of the return process.


Return Costs

  • Defective or Incorrect Items:
    If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.

  • Customer Remorse (Change of Mind):
    If you ordered the wrong item, it doesn't fit, or you simply changed your mind, you’ll be responsible for return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us:
    Email us at info@calmedpaws.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Repack the Item:
    Securely repack your item in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation.

  3. Ship It Back:
    Follow the instructions provided in your return authorization email, and drop your package off at the specified shipping carrier location.


Refund Process

  • Inspection:
    Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.

  • Refund:
    Once approved, your refund will be processed. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or product? No problem! Reach out to us, and we’ll help arrange a quick and easy exchange.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items are not eligible for return. These will be clearly marked as non-returnable in the product description.
