Return Costs

Defective or Incorrect Items:
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost. -
Customer Remorse (Change of Mind):
If you ordered the wrong item, it doesn't fit, or you simply changed your mind, you’ll be responsible for return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to Return an Item

Repack the Item:
Securely repack your item in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation. -
Ship It Back:
Follow the instructions provided in your return authorization email, and drop your package off at the specified shipping carrier location.
Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. -
Refund:
Once approved, your refund will be processed. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items
